With over 25 years of creating clarity out of chaos, I see every organization as a mosaic: a complex arrangement of talent, culture, and potential. My role is to ensure those pieces align to move the dial.
As an "advisor-doer" and engineer who has lived in clients’ shoes, I believe that the most effective transformations harness the strengths and energy already present within your organization. Whether working in the Americas, Europe, Africa, or the Middle East, I have found that the most durable improvements stick when they are built and implemented by your people. My aim is to not just deliver a project, but to help you arrange and your unique pieces to reframe or re-imagine your business, while developing a new generation of leaders, equipped for the next change.
I have spent 20+ years in large brand-name consulting firms: EY, Accenture, Capgemini. They offer the benefit of immense scale, albeit with a delivery model that often relies on an "overlay" approach - large consulting teams that can require heavy onboarding and create reliance on outside help.
I founded Mosaïko to offer an intentional, nimble alternative. The name reflects my belief that the most beautiful and functional solutions are created by integrating existing internal talent with senior-led strategy.
