I have spent 25+ years working globally in large brand-name consulting firms: EY, Accenture, Capgemini. While they offer the benefit of immense scale, the delivery model often relies on an "overlay" approach - large consulting teams that need heavy onboarding and can inadvertently create reliance on outside help.

I founded Mosaïko to offer an intentional, nimble alternative.
